Platform-Mixing Packaging System

1. Overview

The stainless platform is the load-bearing elevated base of the mixing and packaging system, and at the same time a proportioning observation aisle that operators can walk along and see everything from. In the mixing work cell, multiple linear scales and storage hoppers must be mounted side by side at height so that weighed material can fall by gravity into the collecting conveyor below. It is this modular stainless platform that turns "multiple scales in a row" from a drawing into reality. It also provides proportioning operators with a safe working and inspection aisle at eye level with the hoppers, letting them watch the discharge rhythm of every weighing channel — genuine "visible proportioning".

In the Globule product family, the stainless platform has a clearly defined mission. It is not an ordinary step-over platform; it is a process structure engineered around three needs of mixing work: multiple scales side by side, an operator walkway, and visible proportioning from an elevated structure.

● : the platform reserves a complete operating and observation aisle wide enough for a person to turn around and patrol; along the aisle the operator can check each hopper level, weighing status and discharge rhythm in turn.

3. Structura et Compositio

Il corpo della piattaforma è saldato modularmente con tubi e lamiere in acciaio inossidabile idoneo al contatto con alimenti. I componenti principali comprendono il telaio portante (travi e campate calcolate in base al numero di bilance e ai carichi dei contenitori), il pavimento antiscivolo a tasselli, i parapetti di protezione, una ringhiera di sicurezza continua con corrimano superiore e intermedio, una scala di accesso o una scaletta protetta da gabbia e piedini regolabili. Per adattarsi a un laboratorio di miscelazione igienicamente lavabile, la piattaforma non presenta filettature esposte, parti in legno, spigoli vivi e tutte le saldature sono continue e lisce.
